If you are mostly interested in macro, I suggest getting an external macro wet lens.
Without it you can get only close-ups, not real macro.
Ideally you would get a strobe as well, but you can definitely get some decent shots with just the internal flash and the supplied diffuser.
This would be a good choice for a macro lens:
It’s quite flat, so it won’t block the internal flash too much, and it’s tack sharp so would allow very nice macro results.
