About Mel

Mel is a passionate amateur diver and underwater photographer who tries to dive as much as possible around her corporate day job. Always a keen ocean lover, she took up diving in early 2018 and was thrilled with the different perspective that it offered.

After doing some more training and travel, she picked up a camera in September 2018 and hasn’t looked back. Passionate about exploring the world, and showing the wonders of the ocean to those who may not have the access, she hopes every photo makes someone’s day just that little bit better, and encourages others to explore everything this amazing planet has to offer. Most of her diving is done at home in drysuit and temperate water, but she loves the variety that both home diving and travelling offer.

Right now, because of the situation with Covid-19 she has been land locked for 4 months, but is very keen to get back in the water as soon as possible.
