Coming Soon – Ikelite Gamma II Underwater Flashlight
Ikelite just announced the second generation of their successful Gamma underwater LED lights, which will be known as Gamma II and will product a powerful 350 lumens of light, a nice upgrade from the 1st generation 220 lumens.
The Ikelite Gamma II will be available in the same cool colors as the original Gamma – Black, Silver, Purple, Red and Pink, and would probably be just as lightweight and compact as the 1st generation.
Ikelite’s Gamma lights can be mounted on just about any of their systems, using various mounts such as: 1887.1 – DSLR Ball Mount Kit for Gamma, 1887.4 – Tubing Mount Kit for Gamma, 1887.6 – Tray Mount Kit for Gamma and more.
The original Gamma lights produced a nice concentrated beam of 220 lumens at 10 degrees, and could run for over 10 hours on 2 x CR123 batteries. They feature military-grade anodizing and a double o-ring seal which provides corrosion-proof and waterproof operation up to 400ft (120m)
The new Gamma II will produce 350 lumens, and we expect it to maintain the excellent quality and features of the previous lights and fit all the original mounts.
The flashlights will be available HERE (MSRP $129.95) as soon as they are released which is currently estimated at late September. We’ll keep you updated!
For the meanwhile, the original Gamma price has dropped to $100! So it’s a good time to save on those if you need one this month.
