Deep Sea Vehicles Stumbles Upon an Unbelievable Creature
Just when I though I have seen everything, mother nature slaps you on the forehead and says “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!”.
The Nautilus project operate a remote deep sea vehicle named Hercules, which recently stumbled upon a creature so amazing, you would never guess it actually exists.
This “creature”, called a Siphonophore, is actually a colonial organism, consisting of thousands of smaller creatures called “zooids” and can be found floating around the pelagic zone in ocean basins around the world.
The rare and unique siphonophore has left the explorers stunned. All have admitted this is something they did not expect and have never seen before.
