Having recently tested the Weefine WSF-07 Ring Strobe and Video Light in the breathtaking waters of Dauin, one of the best macro destinations in the Philippines, I can confidently say that this device is a true gem for underwater photography enthusiasts. As I explored the house reef of Sea Explorers Philippines and other dive sites in the area, I encountered a plethora of tiny and fascinating marine creatures, and the Weefine WSF-07 performed exceptionally well in capturing these elusive subjects in both photos and videos.

The Weefine WSF-07’s GN 22 is more than sufficient for macro photography, allowing me to illuminate the intricate details of thorny seahorses, ornate ghost pipefish, various nudibranch species, and enchanting frogfishes.

The 3000-lumen LED video light proved to be a versatile addition to the device. Whether I needed a focus light to aid in focusing on my subjects in low-light conditions or a primary light source for underwater videos, the Weefine WSF-07 delivered stunning and well-lit footage.
