About Ian Donato

I'm Ian Donato and I live in Sydney, Australia. Before this year is through I’ll be 55 years old. For over 27 of those 55 years I worked as a sound technician at ABC TV (our national broadcaster here in Australia). Since I stopped working there in 2017 I’ve been able to spend a lot more time snorkelling and dabbling in underwater photography. My favourite little spot is a place called Cabbage Tree Bay located in Manly, Sydney. A small yet marvellous marine park where equally-marvellous sea creatures come and go depending on the season. Make of it what you will but underwater photography is the only sort of photography that I care to indulge in, it’s something of an addiction in fact.
