About Franck Fogarolo

Co-owner of The Smiling Seahorse since 2012, Franck Fogarolo is first and foremost a passionate underwater photographer. He has created within 10 years the liveaboard he had dreamed about as a photographer: The Smiling Seahorse is the first in Thailand with a camera room, blackwater diving on every cruise, regular photo clinics and one on one photographer's coaching.
