Featured Underwater Photographer – Hannah Stadler
One of the best ways to learn photography is to see other photographers’ work. Mozaik looks for some of the best underwater photographers in the world, and showcases their work, along with the gear they use, to help other aspiring photographers improve, learn new skills and get inspired.
This week we will feature the talented Hannah Stadler!
About Hannah
My name is Hannah Stadler and I’m a diver from Tyrol, Austria. Since I was little I liked to snorkel in every water. But I started diving in December 2018 in the Tyrolian mountain lakes with a dry-suit. But way to cold for me, I traveled to Maldives to do my first saltwater dives with my first compact UW-Camera.
Since my 8th dive i started practicing and upgrading my gear with a new housing, strobes and lenses. After an amazing trip to Lembeh Strait my love for macro photography was born and I had to upgrade with a compact camera to a full frame camera. My last trip was Philippines, especially for muck diving and proofed that I made the right decision to start muck diving and macro photography.
I try to learn and improve each dive and trip, reading the latest tips and tricks, talking to other photographers and take every information I can get.
