- The Sony A1 is a remarkable camera. It covers almost everything, thanks to its high-resolution sensor, super-fast burst shooting, lightening quick AF, professional connectivity and 8K raw video. The Sony A7S III, on the other hand, has made an across-the-board set of upgrades that result in a camera that's the finest hybrid video camera you can buy. It offers class-leading low-light video, a new heat dissipation system which makes continuous 4K/60p recording up to 'at least' one hour possible and impressive battery life.
- Ikelite designed this housing to provide the best value option, this housing is compatible for both the Sony a1 and a7S III Mirrorless cameras. This Ikelite housing extends the impressive capabilities of the Sony A1 and A7S III underwater with easy-to-reach controls.
- This Ikelite housing is built around the robust Dry Lock (DL) port system which can accommodate a varitey of lenses. This housing is designed, built, and tested in the USA. It has a depth rating of 200ft/60m.
- This housing also supports your choice of shooting with manual strobe exposure or adding a TTL converter depending on your application. The flash bulkhead is located on the top of the case to alleviate strain on the sync cord.
- A vacuum valve is installed standard on the side of the housing. This valve is designed to be low profile to avoid interference with controls. The optional Vacuum Pump with Gauge # 47011 allows you to draw a vacuum on the housing to check for leaks prior to entering the water.
