Ikelite just announced the second generation of their successful Gamma underwater LED lights, which will be known as Gamma II and will product a powerful 350 lumens of light, a nice upgrade from the 1st generation 220 lumens.<\/p>\n

The Ikelite Gamma II will be available in the same cool colors as the original Gamma<\/a> –\u00a0Black,\u00a0Silver,\u00a0Purple,\u00a0Red and\u00a0Pink, and would probably be just as lightweight and compact as the 1st generation.<\/p>\n

Ikelite’s Gamma lights can be mounted on just about any of their systems, using various mounts such as:\u00a01887.1 –\u00a0DSLR Ball Mount Kit for Gamma,\u00a01887.4 –\u00a0Tubing Mount Kit for Gamma,\u00a01887.6 – Tray Mount Kit for Gamma and more.<\/p>\n

The original Gamma lights produced a nice concentrated beam of 220 lumens at 10 degrees, and could run for over 10 hours on 2 x CR123 batteries. They feature military-grade anodizing and a double o-ring seal which provides corrosion-proof and waterproof operation up to 400ft (120m)<\/p>\n

The new Gamma II will produce 350 lumens, and we expect it to maintain the excellent quality and features of the previous lights and fit all the original mounts.<\/p>\n

The flashlights will be available HERE<\/a>\u00a0(MSRP $129.95) as soon as they are released which is currently estimated at late September. We’ll keep you updated!<\/p>\n
