Fantasea Underwater Housing for Canon G9X Now Available!
Fantasea’s underwater housings for high-end compacts need no introduction. The popular Fantasea FG16, FG7X and FRX100 III/IV have proved extremely popular and are considered one of the best deals available in terms of value for money.
The recent addition to this successful housing line up is the FG9X underwater Housing for Canon G9X.
The G9X is a simplified version of the popular G7X, boasting the same 1″ sensor in a smaller package, arguably the smallest 1″ sensor camera available at this point in time.

Fantasea FG9X Housing
Fantasea have applied the same successful formula from previous housings and created a fully functional, ergonomic, polycarbonate housing, with dual O-ring seal, integrated moisture detector and a wide array of accessories for any dive and subject.
Two innovative features have been implemented on the FG9X:
- Patent pending touch screen controls – allowing you to take advantage of the cameras touchscreen even underwater!
- 67mm thread mount – supports an even wider array of wet lenses and filters than ever before!
As always, the FG9X housing is shock resistant, protecting your camera from impact and damaging elements including water, sand, dust, snow, ice and pollutants. Depth rated down to 60m / 200ft, but tested down to 80m / 240ft without a problem.
