All products sold by Mozaik are sold along with a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms, limitations and period of the warranty are solely determined by the manufacturer and are marked on the product page and/or on the manufacturer’s web site.Terms
Implementing the warranty will be done by contacting either Mozaik or the Manufacturer by phone / fax or email. The customer must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase from Mozaik Underwater Cameras. The communication will be done through Mozaik or directly with the manufacturer according to the manufacturer’s preference and conditions.Shipping
Shipping back a product for warranty or repair must only be done after approval from Mozaik and with a given RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returned shipments with no RMA will not be accepted.Payment for repay under warranty shipments
