SOUPCAN INC. THREE (3) YEAR UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY
SoupCan Inc. will make, at its expense, all necessary adjustments, repairs, and parts replacement for new equipment which are not required by reason of accident, misuse, casualty, or normal wear and tear for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. SoupCan Inc. obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement of broken or defective parts (including installation costs therefore), or at the option of SoupCan Inc. a credit for a new product at the original purchase price. The foregoing are Purchaser's exclusive remedies. SoupCan Inc. assumes no liability for special or consequential damages. Video cameras are not covered under the warranty.
