After having placed an order days before leaving on a scuba trip I called to check on the status of my order Ron suggested additional items I had not thought of but I didn't wish to delay my order. Ron assured me all would be fine. Well everything arrived on time super fast delivry but as luck would have it I was short one item and defective one. Now less than 24 hrs. before I was disappointed to say the least however Tal made arrangements for me to pick up replacement items at a Scuba shop in an other City on my way to the airport. I said that I was leaving for Cuba the following Saturday to do U/W video, and needed a video light before I left. Ron got back to me on Monday morning, confirming that the light I needed, from Itorch, was available. I place the order for an Itorch Pro5 video light on Monday. Ron kept assuring me that, "Don't worry, you'll get the light on time, don't worry"! Usually, when I hear "don't worry", that is when I start to worry! But Ron was as good as his word. The light shipped out from Itorch on Tuesday, and I received it today, early, on Thursday. Also, Ron kept me informed about the order status via email, which I much appreciated. The light looks great, and puts out a huge amount of very even light. I'm looking forward to trying it out underwater. I wouldn't want to run it in air for more that a few seconds, since it does put out a fair amount of heat. I'll send photos and video after I get back from Cuba. "Wow!! Talk about awesome customer service! Ron was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy AT ALL. It's rare to find such excellent customer service. We called in a time crunch and Ron helped us determine what equipment was best for our needs and pulled some strings to make sure we received it before we left for our vacation. Very satisfied is not a high enough recommendation. Over the moon would be more to the point. It is a scary thing to purchase a product from the other side of the world. The communication path between Tal and myself was nothing short of excellent, the service provided by Tal was second to none. In todays world were you constantly hear of people taking others for a ride. I can safely say that Tal has re-installed my faith in global purchasing. "I purchased my order from Turkey and wanted the shipping to US. This confused Mozaik team and they requested some more information from me which took about 6 days. After all I finally persuaded them and they approve my puchase. But a very limited time left for me to get the shipment on time because I have only limited time in US to stay. They promised me to send on time and they did! It took a little more time than the other costumers probably but we solved the problem. "I recently purchased the Aquatica housing for my Sony NEX 5N and am pleased. It is very well balanced under water. The controls are easy to reach but I recomend the shutter extension if you are using 2 handles. Also, an internal part of the on/off switch came loose on a recent trip. Another U/W photographer mentioned this problem as well. Keep a 1.2mm hex key handy to tighten the screw that holds this internal part to the external on/off switch or else you will be unhappy on your trip when the part comes loose since you will not be able to use the camera's menu features while diving. I also agree with the use of a magic filter on the camera lens to better balance the ambient light. I used one and the photos came out great! Very nice housing!" C.M
