• The Sea & Sea MDX-7D Underwater housing for the Canon DSLR EOS 7D is a state-of-the-art DSLR housing designed for professional underwater photographers.
• Light weight and Ergonomically Designed - The housing is machined from a solid block of aluminum and is designed for ultimate precision, ergonomics and performance. The snug design keeps the housing compact and lightweight, enabling greater manoeuvrability and ease of use
• Full Control of camera’s functions - The MDX-7D housing provides for full use of the Canon EOS 7D functions underwater, including video mode, and live view.
• Bulkhead connectors - There is one Nikonos two-pin and one six-pin connector. You can use the optional TTL converter for TTL flash control with the 6-pin connector.
• Dual Fiber Optic Connectors - The housing also features Dual Fiber Optic Cable connections that allow you to fire 2 slave strobes with the camera's built-in flash.
• Compatible Strobes - DS-TTL automatic exposure control is supported with Sea & Sea strobes such as the YS-110, YS-250PRO and the new YS-01.
• Ports and Lenses - A wide array of Sea & Sea NX ports and lenses will accommodate the extensive array of Canon’s interchangeable lenses in the housing (contact us for more info)
• Secure Port Lock - The port lock-mechanism assures a safe and secure port mount
• Leak Sensor - Built-in leak sensor alerts user if moisture or water-intrusion is detected
